I like that this is basically a weighted basketball. Good grip on it and my students enjoyed using this series of weighted medicine balls. I will buy more of these.

Great product, almost identical to the ones I have used at various gyms. I wasn't sure of the size when I ordered. This is a little smaller then ones I have used at commercial gyms.
However, it is great, well made and very easy to grip and handle during a variety of exercises using this weighted ball. It is especially useful doing situps/crunches whether on a bench, the floor or even using one of the large exercise balls to sit on and do the situps, twists and so on. You have a wide range of activities to use this for.
They also provide a poster that shows you various exercises you can do with this ball as well as incorporate into other exercises you do and may not have thought about using a medicine ball.
I recommend it and they have smaller/lighter weight and larger ones as well.

Great ball for the price and free shipping was a plus! I like that it feels like a basketball and that it bounces on the ground. I got the 6lb. ball and next I will get an 8 lb. ball. Great for core training.

These are the same set of medicine balls my personal trainer uses. I LOVE them. They are bumpy rubber like a basketball and roughly the same size. The 12 & 10 lb. are about the size of a basketball while the 8 & 6lb. are slightly smaller and 4 & 2 lb. just a bit smaller than that.
